This policy applies to Space Puzzle (com.ljowka.spacepuzzle) and Energy Paths (com.ljowka.energypaths), published by Ljowka Games.
Information processed
The Games store gameplay progress, settings, virtual-item balances, music selection, purchase entitlements, and advertising consent choices locally on your device.
Advertising and mediation providers may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, advertising interactions, device and app information, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals. The exact information processed depends on your location, device settings, consent choice, and the provider serving an advertisement.
When you make an in-app purchase in Energy Paths, Google Play processes the payment. The Game receives purchase status, product and transaction information needed to deliver or restore the item. Ljowka Games does not receive or store your payment-card details.
How information is used

- Provide personalized advertisements when you allow them.
- Detect fraud, abuse, and technical problems.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Advertising and store partners
The Games use Unity LevelPlay for advertising mediation and may use Unity Ads and ironSource Ads. Energy Paths also uses Google Play Billing for optional in-app purchases. These providers process information under their own policies and according to the consent signals supplied by the Games.
Your choices
On first launch, each Game lets you choose personalized or limited advertising. You can review and change this choice from the privacy controls in the main menu. Choosing limited ads does not prevent you from playing. You can reset your advertising identifier or limit tracking in device settings. Energy Paths may also offer an optional purchase that removes advertising.
Delete your data
You can request deletion of personal data associated with either Game at any time.
- Send an email to ljowka-1994@mail.ru with the subject “Game data deletion”.
- Name the Game and tell us that you want your data deleted. You may include the device model used for the Game.
- We will review the request and reply with the result. Locally stored progress, settings, and virtual-item balances can also be removed immediately by clearing the app data or uninstalling the Game.
Advertising, store, and mediation partners may retain or delete information under their own policies and applicable legal requirements. We will not ask you to send passwords or payment details.
Children
The Games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly request names, email addresses, or other direct contact information from children.
Retention, security, and international processing
Locally stored Game data remains on the device until it is cleared or the Game is removed. Advertising and store providers retain information according to their own policies. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no electronic processing method is completely secure.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their legal safeguards and privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the Games, their service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
